Hari Eswar S M is an ambitious professional with a diverse background in digital, strategy, and marketing. He is currently working as an Associate Manager in the Corporate Strategy department of Zensar, RPG Group in Pune. Hari completed his MBA from IIM Bangalore, where he served as an elected representative at the Students' Affairs Council. During his time at IIM Bangalore, he also participated in an exchange program at Grenoble Ecole de Management, France, for 3.5 months. Before his MBA, Hari completed his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee, with a minor in Computer Science Engineering. He has a keen interest in Machine Learning and has specialized in it during his Electrical Engineering degree. He has also worked on multiple projects in data analytics and related fields. Hari has a passion for creative writing and has written for the National Service Scheme, Team Robocon, and was made Chief Editor at Kshitij - The Literary Magazine during his time at IIT Roorkee. He is also an amateur photographer and enjoys pondering over geography and maps, as well as discussing world politics. In his current role at Zensar, Hari works closely with senior management, including the CEO and CFO, to execute key internal projects. He is responsible for end-to-end product ownership of B2B platforms, data-driven analysis to enable actionable business insights, and creating collateral for all quarterly results. Prior to Zensar, Hari worked as a Management Consulting Intern in the Supply Chain and Operations vertical at Accenture. He was responsible for creating procurement transformation strategies, onboarding customized ERP solutions, and designing forecasting engines. Hari's educational background includes an MBA from IIM Bangalore and Grenoble Ecole de Management, France, and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee. He also completed his Higher Secondary Education from Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School, Chetpet, Chennai.
